Skirlaugh AFC Floods into Bishop Burton

The East Riding County Football League and Skirlaugh AFC have today officially agreed to Bishop Burton United’s request to bring forward United’s home league match against Skirlaugh to Monday 25th January with an 8pm kick off. With several postponements over the winter period already looking likely to cause fixture congestion at the end of the season United manager Mark Falconer made the suggestion to Skirlaugh (who having played only 8 league games this season have suffered the most from postponements) that they play the game on a week night under the Bishop Burton College floodlights. The league have kindly agreed to this arrangement and Skirlaugh were more than happy to take up the invitation as they look to get back in action and catch up with fixtures as much as possible.
